About
I'm Nate. I run product, not slide decks.
I've spent my career inside SaaS companies owning roadmaps, shipping AI-native product, and moving teams faster. Product Labs is the same operator work, scoped to the founders and early-stage CPOs who need it on day one, not month six.

The work I've spent my career on has one through-line: making product teams ship faster without breaking what they ship. At Skillable, Pluralsight, Canopy, and Instructure I owned roadmaps, ran teams, and put product into market, not as an advisor but as the person on the hook for outcomes. One concrete example: 40% faster release velocity, 25% quality improvement. That's what shipping AI-native product looks like, not bolting AI tools on top of broken workflows.
I'm not a consultant. I don't show up with a deck and disappear. I plug in as a fractional product leader, take the roadmap, sit in the customer calls, write the PRDs, and run the sprint reviews. The same work I'd do as a full-time VP or CPO, scoped to the time you actually need. If you want a report, hire a firm. If you want product to ship, hire an operator.
The founders I want to work with are the ones who need this exact role right now. Series A and B founders running product themselves while they search for a first PM. CPOs at PE-backed portcos under a 12-month AI mandate. Both need a senior product leader on day one, not six months into a hiring cycle. And both need someone who has shipped AI products, not someone who's read about them. Fractional is what makes that math work, for them and for me.
What I'm working on
AI Product OS
The PDLC framework I used at Skillable, opened up as a framework for AI-native product teams.
aiproductos.com →- Operator, not advisor.
- Ownership, not facilitation.
- Outcomes, not reports.
